- Flight Physiology, gas laws and impact of air medical environment
- Pre flight assessment and patient preparation and packaging
- Specific patient populations and the air medical consequences;
- Respiratory Patient & compensating for altitude effects,
- Ventilator management in air medical transport
- Cardiovascular patient and role of pressors
- Neurological patient & management of traumatic brain injury
- Trauma and orthopedic patients and their management during flight.
- Burn Patients and fluid replacement and airway management
- Management of septic shock
