Matthew joined Reva in December 2021 as the Director of Call Center Operations. Prior to joining Reva, Matthew spent his career in the field of Substance Abuse as the Director of Admissions. As the Director of Call Center Operations, Matthew oversees our Client Resource Managers, inbound calls, and maintains our Customer Relationship Management software. Matthew has a passion to help families and clients fly home safe.
